Yokosuka Croquette



I introduce the side dish that is loved in Japan.
Mix piece of meat and potatos that are boiled, mash it, put salt, pepper and soy sause in it and round it like a ball.
Dredge flour on tne "meat and potato ball" and pat off excess flour then dip into beaten egg,cover it with bread crumbs,and fry it in oil.
please try it!
My boss loves yokosuka croquettes very much!
Yokosuka croquettes is original and special taste,very good.
